Katerina if you like longer names.\n<br><br>\nI began KatFit for a few reasons&#8230; \n<br>\n<span class=\"bold\">The first<\/span> reason was mostly because I am genuinely excited to share my passion for fitness activities and fitness training with those in Zurich. <span class=\"bold\">Secondly<\/span>, through fitness, I have learnt to stay healthy, feel energised, and joyful while managing a full-time job and this is what I want to share with others. <span class=\"bold\">Third<\/span>, I wanted to show off my adorable, spoiled and clingy 09-year old cat Puma, who not only owns me, but managed to get a place in KatFit\u2019s logo.\n<br><br>\nI was born and raised in Athens. Six years ago, a work opportunity and my urge to make a new start, led me to Zurich. Although, I have a full-time job as a business analyst, I always make time for the activities that I love: hiking, biking, training at the gym, jogging, trying out new mobility drills, you name it. Practically, anything that involves physical movement!\n<br><br>\nI am a certified fitness trainer and obtained my license in <span class=\"link\">Fitnesstrainer B Lizenz<\/span>. My interest in nutrition led me to study at NutraPhoria School of Holistic Nutrition and obtain my <span class=\"link\">Holistic Nutrition &amp; Health Coach Certification<\/span>.\n<br><br>\n<span class=\"bold\">What does it take to train with me?<\/span>\n<br>\nAt KatFit I am on a mission to guide you in your pursuit of fitness, health and wellbeing.\n<br><br>\nWhile my own philosophy is guided by Joy, here is how I want to help you in achieving the fitness goal you have for yourself as well as when you sign up for training with me:\n<br>\n<span class=\"bold\">Make a start<\/span>\n<br>\nIf you have made it this far into my website, good job! Make a start by getting advice from professionals, setting a fitness plan like going to a gym or doing any other activity.\n<br>\n<span class=\"bold\">Be self-aware<\/span>\n<br>\nA realistic vision and being self aware of what you want to achieve in terms of fitness. Try to be conscious of yourself and your current state of fitness and wellbeing.\n<br>\n<span class=\"bold\">Be consistent<\/span>\n<br>\nBe consistent and committed to yourself as well as your schedule.\n<br>\n<span class=\"bold\">Be disciplined<\/span>\n<br>\nDiscipline to stay focused during training and also patience. It is important for you to know that if we are to build long lasting results, it is going to take time.\n<br>\n<span class=\"bold\">Have an open mind and be patient<\/span>\n<br>\nAn open mind to try out new routines or exercises you hadn\u2019t done before. I also want you to have an open mind about possible failure. The road ahead is going to be a long one and some days you wouldn\u2019t feel like training. But it\u2019s always important to remember that you can start over.\n<br>\n<span class=\"bold\">Promise to not give up<\/span>\n<br>\nYour honesty and promise to have fun on this journey.
